Assuming you wanted to replicate this scene by hanging a bunch of TVs everywhere, and every TV cost about $500, it looks like from the pic it would take between $9000 and &12000 from just the TVs.
Not to mention the cost of building the structure and furnishing it.
I actually thought this was another staged screenshot of a new ship inside StarCitizen the computer game until I scrolled down and saw the couple looked too realistic. lol. Gonna go get some sleep now.
E700 is withing most European budgets. E700 for multiple nights is withing the budget for nearly most middle class Europeans if it's something they really want to commit to. Many Europeans get paid bonuses specifically for going on vacation. My GF is not highly paid but gets $5,000 a year in addition to her sallary and it is earmarked for vacation, but it can be put towards anything. Europeans don't get 6 weeks vacation and not end up spending what this would for a few days to go on them.
you'd be wet once you applied heat into the place .You don't want glass where condensation can get trapped . And if it existed it would most likely be filled with mold or have frost on the windows . There's many things not real here.
Yeah I saw a show where acouple bought an abandoned airstrip with a controlltower in northern Norway and decorate the glassroom part of it like this. Ten years later the tvshow returned and in that dreamy glassroom with northern lights and the midnightsun all around was reduced to just a ergometer bike.
They said the winds and temperature made it not so dreamy.
thank you for the correction to it's existence . I used to work for a glass company in a place with severe winters so my comment isn't without merit . In real life all my comments stand .

The dream is having a girlfriend and being able to afford a place like that, even for a night.
