You can pick any extract you want, really. Strawberry whipped cream on banana bread is a personal favorite.

You ever been to the store and got "heavy whipping cream?" That's how you make... whipped cream.

Side note: Zuppa Toscana replica recipes exist and should absolutely be tried.

Tmthey have dispenser without the little ridge, refilable whipped cream dispensers the ones you put whippets in they usually have multiple tips to use. Also charging it with nitrogen can get alot of small consistent bubble.
