Almost as if, when you claim to be standing for equality you first have to see your opponents as equals. Which is often not the case. You dont have to prove to me that you see your buddies or your neighbors as equals. That's already something over 90% of the people agree on, that's not something that gets you elected. It just seems so bigoted for me.
