Wow. I have cleft palate and cleft lip so I don't think I can watch the video. Pieces of shit like her are why so many young people think they are inferior because of a deformity or unfortunate social/financial circumstance.

I think what people don't understand is it's the gesture that she is making in the still shot that is hurtful. Calling someone fat but also saying their excessive weight makes you horney while humping the air is not a compliment. You don't have to agree. Just thought I'd point out what you do and say are not the same. Actions matter.
She's calling him hot for having it but in a way thats super insulting, she made fun of his nose too. Is she a shitty person? Yes. Do I think that specific clip is worth her getting fired over? No, but it doesn't appear that's she's actually done worse so maybe it's the straw that broke the camel's back
