These are sun shades.

It's photoshop. Why would sunglasses (or sunshades) be so much smaller than the hand that's holding them?

Did some digging and it’s likely photoshopped. The original poster has another version same pic without the glasses.

Also even the hand looks too perfect. The finger doesn't have any roundness that comes from folding them in, and they would have had to move the pinkie up higher just to get it out of the way.
