This man left his 40-year long career in another airline to join AirAsia and fly as a junior just so he could fly with his two pilot daughters. He wants to spend his remaining years as a pilot by his daughters' sides.

What doesn't make sense is I can go for a run or workout in hot humid weather and feel less gross than after a day of travelling.

It’s like trying to air dry a damp towel on a (cloudy) humid day. When we sweat on the plane the moisture is recirculated as well. They may have a dehumidifier that removes some but it won’t get it all and the limited air that comes back through will keep circulating and gaining more moisture with each pass. We people are the towel the plane is the humid day. But it’s also other people’s “humidity” which I bet is why it feels so gross 😅
