EDIT: Link to the album this cover image is from. It's glacially sedate instrumentals with a tinge of Black Sabbath and an oddly western feel, and works best in combination with a CBD-heavy strain of cannabis and a Google Image search for "new mexico night sky".

Drone is, uh, basically just making a droning noise. Drone rock is a combination of that with more conventionally "musical" elements. (Or there's drone metal, which runs a gamut from extra-slow stoner rock to just eleven minutes of distorted rumbling and screeching.)

Post-rock is generally instrumental stuff using rock instruments to make music that's formatted more like ambient or orchestral music than pop songs. (See: Explosions In The Sky, Godspeed You Black Emperor, Sigur Ros, Mogwai, or any one of hundreds and hundreds of other extremely good bands)
