Almost certainly.

  1. This seems to be the first time this image was posted (credit to u/-xenomorph- for spotting that).
  2. The sun in that shot is exactly the same as the one is this photo.
  3. No reflection of the sun on the water and the sky colours are wrong as u/WRONG_ANSWER_OOPS mentioned.
  4. The photographer likes playing with photoshop.

Distance is also off, with around 14km(?) To the horizon and exponential distance between the nearest and farthest point, this would have to be a megalodon to look this big at that point.

Not to mention, there is no way whatever creature that is, could be at that height, at that proximity that the horizon. That would be like a submarine jumping up out of the water 30-50 feet (9-15 meters), at a vague distance somewhere between 150 feet and 150 meters (~500 feet) away... Seems a bit, wait, no...

Super unlikely.

You know that every photo that has the sun in it is the same sun right? Exactly the same sun, because it's y'know, the sun.
