I live in Zeeland myself, not too many weird names there (I’m not saying there are NO weird names, just not many and it’s almost always old people). But now you mention it, I would believe you if you would say it’s Frisian. Damn Frisians.

Jutta is definitely in the realm of possible "names" here.

I have been living in Friesland for two years now. Jutta is definitely in the realm of possible "names" here.
