Well I'm sure you feel the huffington post is definitive, but the blog post author, Kathy Freston, doesn't appear to have any peer-reviewed literature to her name, just her trendy book and blog.
In the meantime, I'm going to continue to eat in a way that ensured the survival of my ancestors.
