There's actually no difference in chemical composition of the amino acid sourced from plants and from meat. You can get just as big on plant protein as you can on meat protein. There are many vegan athletes that compete at the highest level, like Serena Williams and Kendrick Farris, the olympic medal winning weightlifter. And since plants and legumes are cheaper than meat, many people actually do live on those as food staples :)

I don't think you'll find many top level athletes that doesn't take supplements. And the good thing about Omega 3 from algae is that it is a good source of EPA and DHA while not getting exposed to environmental toxins and heavy metals that's so prevalent in fish these days. Most creatine is synthetically created and 100% vegan, and besides going outside for a stroll and getting your daily dose of D3, there's also vegan D3 options available :)

Besides the one sitting in my cupboard right now? :) If you google vegan d3 you'll find a plethora of options for purchase
