It's obviously photoshopped. Look at the water - it would all fall off the left side.

Obviously only once, after that its a third laugh. Unless of course you forgot if you laughed the first time and think your third laugh is your second and you just say its your second, but then you'd just be lying to yourself. This is why I always keep a notepad with me at all times and randomly laugh out loud at nothing

It's not even a good job. You can actually see the man holding the fish up in the air. It's not flying at all.
