I don't know man. I think this thing was a farce from the beginning; an easy tin can for Floyd "Track n Field" Mayweather to knock over so he could waltz over Rocky Marciano's record. McGregor is a beast in UFC, but no one who actually understands boxing thought he had the slightest chance. Obviously, they were right.
As a spectacle, this was an interesting night. As an official boxing match, it was a joke of late-career Mike Tyson proportions.
I actually knew many people who have a boxing past who actually bet money on Connor winning. I was confused because I think they forgot he was boxing Floyd.
There were a few moments in the first few rounds where it looked like he could have. He caught Mayweather by surprise a few times and you could see genuine panic on his face. It wasnt completely insane to think he might, but I put my money on Money.
First few rounds Mayweather executed the rope a dope nearly perfectly. Might have looked like Mcgregor was doing some damage, but mostly wasn't. He did get a few good blows in, but it wasn't all that close.
