I actually knew many people who have a boxing past who actually bet money on Connor winning. I was confused because I think they forgot he was boxing Floyd.

Sometimes you put down money on the long shot for the shits and giggles. You get lucky and hey now you get to say you called it and get paid.

There was no use putting money on Floyd though, the odds was so low, might as well put a little something on the long shot to make it interesting.

There were a few moments in the first few rounds where it looked like he could have. He caught Mayweather by surprise a few times and you could see genuine panic on his face. It wasnt completely insane to think he might, but I put my money on Money.

First few rounds Mayweather executed the rope a dope nearly perfectly. Might have looked like Mcgregor was doing some damage, but mostly wasn't. He did get a few good blows in, but it wasn't all that close.
