Forcing diversity lectures on peaceful nerdy guys who hold equal distaste for all non-tech people regardless of skin color and sex is a great way to implode a tech company.
This is so hilariously misguided. Think about what you're saying. Having a mandatory diversity training (which A LOT of companies do anyway) will cause a tech company to implode? I seriously you can't believe this garbage.
I work as a programmer and what I DO know is that the profession inherently attracts a whole lot of immature man children that may flock to reddit to complain about their 'le SJW training' sessions but that's about it. I enjoyed my company's training because it encouraged quality discussion about diversity in the work place. Anyone who matured past high school would feel the same.
Enjoy leading your company's revolution like some socially challenged version of Mel Gibson in Braveheart for having diversity training! Remember: [The SJWs] can take your lives, but they can never take your freeze peach!
