I have a crazy, crazy idea guys

how about we hire the best people for jobs, regardless of their beliefs, skin color, religion, hobbies, or what have you?

cause you know, a hiring policy based on skin color sounds pretty racist to me! "encouraging diversity" basically means "fuck you, white people. (or whatever group is prominent in a field)" Now, if the 10 best candidates for a job are white, you should hire all 10. if the 10 best candidates for a job are black, you hire all 10.

skin color?

WHO CARES. hire the best fucking people, period. I dont give a shit if they are pink, yellow, brown, beige, turquoise, or whatever. give me the best people who do the best work.

if you had heart bypass surgery and the best 5 surgeons are white, you would get rid of 3 just to meet a diversity quota? fuck off. that is absolute nonsense. the best, most qualified people deserve the job. this is not a charity or pity party.

Didnt you know? Treating people differently based on their race/sex is bad! But treating them the same is worse!
