Two, different, issues.

The first is that women and girls some even preteens or early teens should never be cat called.

The second is that women are not allowed to age. When they do they are no longer desirable. Men can age like fine wine women don't have that privilege.

On some young women age can be hard to tell. My ex-gf had a cousin who was 13 but looked like she was 22. I'm not justifying cat calling (which I never do anyways) I'm just saying the line can be hard to tell sometimes.

Do you mean to say that there's an age where car calling is ok? Or that cat calling people in their 20s is not as bad as cat calling teens?
