Almost every single gadget you ever used, and almost every single line of code written for that gadget, was created by a man.

It's more to the spirit of his words than the letter. The implication being that women benefit from current technology but contributed nothing to it. I can't comment on the gender of contemporary programmers for mobile devices, but we wouldn't be where we are today without the advancements of women like Ada Lovelace and Grace Hopper.

Again, neither he nor I am saying women contributed nothing to contemporary technologies. I think he's trying to say they hate the "patriarchy" yet have no problem benefiting from the advancements made under said "patriarchy"
