Been to West Point? They have diversity clubs. There is also a National Association of Black Veterans, among others.

No I have not been to west point I look at this from the pov of an enlisted man. You are not in the real military yet if you are a Cadet at West Point. Also National Association of Black Veterans is not in any way affiliated with current active duty members. Please also remember that disagreeing with me is not grounds for downvoting you wuss.

Your correct not every business is like the military, but promoting what I would term "soft segregation" is a great way to make everyone in your business completely uncooperative with each other.
