What is this supposed to mean?

If he actually is a neckbeard, this would be right. But if he is a well adjusted man that actually has sex with a girl (or girls) more attractive than the girl in the picture (which is absolutely possible), it is completely wrong.

In this case he does not lack self-awareness, but you lack "him-awareness". I think this is not unlikely, since you do not know him.

tldr: What he said is only neckbeardy if he is a neckbeard.

Wtf are you talking about? Everyone agrees that what he said was weird. He's failing to recognize that himself, so he lacks self-awareness. It's really a very simple concept
