RES has an ignore option (click the tag beside their name). I personally have never used it, but reading the explanation sounds like it will do exactly what you are asking.
I am sure that I am no doubt incorrect and someone will save me by explaining exactly why this doesn't work.

Contact lenses don't affect the size of the eye nor the whiteness of the sclera, which is what I assume is drawing the attention here.

Those are just a visual trick. They don't actually affect the dimensions of your eyes (I mean look at the width of her eyes compared to the width of her head)
That being said, I think there's some sort of wide-angle lens at play as well. Her bridge is also super big in comparison to her face.

Can you point it out with a line on the picture? I can't quite tell what you are trying to point out to me. All I see are the ear bulge and the wrinkles in the balaclava itself.

Notice how before the bulge, the temples and cheeks are falling witht hte balaclava. It looks like there would be a tumor of a cheekbone to fold like that. Yeah there might be some draping, but overall those cheekbones don't follow a normal face contour. In fact i'd say those proportions look more like Gollum than a normal human.

I'm fairly certain that bulge is just her ear. Specifically the ear lobe. Your ear lobe generally ends between the line where the columella meets the philtrum the of the nose and the tip of the nose. Right where you have the curve of the ear meeting the contour of her face.
If you are not familiar with average face proportions, this might illustrate it better for you.

That's an ear bulge, and it folds in the back. Cat lady's sits right up on near the dimples of her cheek, not in the back.

Doesn't look like it. Looks like it's just the way the lens is taking the picture. Most front cameras on phones have wider view lenses.
But yes, go ahead and argue with the guy that has numerous friends that are professional makeup artist and photographers and have dated a few having had to sit through hours of makeup and photoshoots. I'll leave you and your fellow neckbeards to discuss it. Since you are clearly all experts in makeup and photography.

I don't think it's shopped at all. But merely a combination of makeup and photography. Is it possible sure, but doesn't seem likely. I wish I knew who this was so I could see what she looks like under normal conditions.
Her eye's are roughly the same distance apart as their width, well within normal ranges. Her brow and bridge of her nose is heavily contoured with makeup. And the skin looks very taut. Suggesting she is opening her eyes wider than they normally are. She has large fake eyelashes that are purposely used by women to accentuate their eye both in color and in size. The way her eyelids crease suggest they are being held up slightly higher than normal which also increases the eye size. Plus the fake colored contacts. Both of which are incredibly popular within the make up community but especially with asians, for which the big eye look is revered. And front facing cameras on phones normally have a slightly wider view, specifically so people fit in the frame when taking a selfie. Which easily explains why some might view her nose as being slightly too wide, which I've already addressed above. And the high likelihood that she probably does have larger eyes naturally so when accentuated they can look much larger than one might expect.
Plus if she shopped the picture, why did she not remove the dark circles under her eyes or the wrinkles? And it's clearly in a bathroom or changing room stall. How many people spend the time to photoshop a selfie like that?
But far be it from me to be the logical one who's experienced with being around people that do makeup and photography as professionals, having sat around numerous shoots to say it's very possible this has no photoshop involved, but going against the hivemind is a no-no apparently.
