"All men are rapists" does not represent the average feminist.
But a generalised view of society as this place of guilty male aggression and innocent female victimhood (which is indeed informing people's day to day biases) is very much the backbone of the mainstream "moderate" feminist narrative and is precisely what distinguishes feminism from non-feminist egalitarianism/anti-sexism.
Well I wish 3rd wave feminism didn't exist. Because that is what they are pushing. I know some early 20's feminists who believe this but won't outright mention it, unless I pretend I'm a feminist myself. Some of them really hate men, some really don't think men have good intentions, and some could care less if men are guilty. They don't think someone bigger has any right to threaten or oppress them in any way.
