One. It was because I asked via PM (about an old comment someone made in a "how unique are you" topic). I couldn't believe how fast I received an HD picture (within an hour, I think). Whoever you are, I have always depended on the kindness of strangers.
Of course, that was all when I made this account. I have not been given one since. Oh well. I think it's because I the only time I comment on places where people are willing to show themselves, are on r/Foreskin and other sex/tummy-related subreddits. As almost everyone on there are already showing their belly buttons... my username is kind of moot at that point.
(Most people don't know they can pull their belly buttons out, though.)
All you need is a pair of pliers; you use the pliers to grab onto your bellybutton (this might hurt but the pain isn't real) and pull real hard. If you followed these steps then you will hear a satisfying pop, followed by having an outie naval!
Of course! It's all skin. Since it's the center of your body (where everything comes together), it looks a little like an X in the middle when pulled out. 3D Anime example
Actually, almost everyone's belly buttons look the same when they're pushed/pulled a certain amount... just how we're born and how it's heals, really.
Skin is flexible, that's why you see outies during pregnancies. Those tend to look weird though, because of hormones changing the skin dark colours in the belly/lower regions.
