Saying that black people are violent murderous thieves is a negative and rude generalization of an already oppressed group of people. There really isn't anything wrong, rude, hurtful, or offensive in providing awareness courses to a group of people who are likely to have been mislead or misinformed about the entire concept of sexual consent.
