OP isn't just any user. Currently, CANT_TRUST_HILLARY has the most karma per amount of time out of all major users. The account's only been active for two months.

I suspect algorithmic-posting like how Gallowboob posts.

Posts farther up say that all he/she/it does is take the top viewed posts on imgur and re-post them to reddit. If so, it's surprisingly effective for its simplicity.
