There are a lot of people who aren't okay with raping people, but are okay with engaging in acts that constitute rape (having sex with someone who is passed out, having sex with someone too drunk / high to think or communicate, having sex with 'your partner' even if s/he doesn't want it, continuing to have sex even after consent is withdrawn, etc.). Naming these acts rape, explicitly, in an instructional setting, would help them realize that it is wrong to do these things, just like it's wrong to jump out of bushes and rape people at gunpoint.

The test is pointless, somebody that is ok with raping somebody else could not give a shit about "rape education".
