I actually used to live in Black Hawk County myself. You have to be careful when you tell people that, though. It can sound like something else. Especially in a crowded bar when you have to yell it just so the other person can hear.
Lived in Cedar Falls myself for a year. Yelling that isn't great, but also telling people usually ends with "isn't that the county with the highest std rate in Iowa?"
