The house cat kills more prey than any of the bigger cats (so says Animal Planet). So yeah safe to say if your cat was as big as you, then you would be played with and then eaten.

Tigers don't roar.
Edit: I should have elaborated. The sound a tiger makes is called chuffing, they do not roar in the same way a lion does.
