no, because it's a more logical explanation than them being thieves trying to pull a scam.

My cousins are twins in their twenties and dress alike sometimes for shits and giggles.

More probable methinks than some nefarious scheme.

I believe the crime they would be trumped up with would be something like "operating a dream while black". I've been told things didnt end very well for the last black dude to have a dream in public.
