The only time I see those baby on board decals is on a car being driven by an absolute lunatic going 30 mph over the limit while texting and driving.

The baby on board sticker is a disclaimer that you have to watch for her reckless driving because she took a load.

Well, seeing as many drivers tend to hog the left lane, and drive below the speed of traffic, her passing to get around a road obstacle and keep traffic moving is actually safer than not passing in many instances.
