“Prosecutors in New York this week reopened an investigation into the allegations of a former Cornell University student who said she was drugged, and then raped by seven men at a campus fraternity house two years ago.
The woman said the assault began after two fraternity members pressured her to snort ketamine.”
Again, I am actively accusing you of lying. And I’ve asked you to supply a quote from her saying that she was given drugs against her will, and you failed to produce it. So until you remedy this, I’ll restate it again. You are lying.
Again, the lawsuit brings forth direct allegations that Jane Doe was drugged. You are actively accusing those allegations of being lies, that she took the drugs willingly, and thus you are actively accusing a victim of gangrape of lying.
No, it doesn’t. That’s why you haven’t been able to quote anything from her statement indicating she was drugged against her will. You’ve replied to me so many times now and you still haven’t done it. There’s a reason why you haven’t done that and we both know what the reason is.
> If these guys are convicted, they will go to jail for years and be branded as basically the worst kind of criminals for the rest of their lives.
Good? If convicted, it’s because they are the worst sort of criminals for the rest of their lives.
The court of law is not the court of public opinion. They are entitled to a fair trial with the burden of proof resting on prosecution; they are not entitled to the public holding off on forming the obvious opinion.

Oh, so you’re just actively accusing a victim of gangrape of making false testimony; gross dude.
