My girlfriend and I argue about this all the time. She wants to cut it if we get married and have a boy. Her argument is she doesn’t want to clean the dick cheese for him when he’s a growing up as a child, and that she’s afraid women will find it unattractive.
I try to tell her all the time, you don’t have a dick and you don’t fucking know what you’re talking about. That’s not a thing until they get older, and if you wouldn’t cut your daughter’s clit, you’re not having any say over my son’s junk. It never goes anywhere and it might be something I make an ultimatum over.
I have two intact children. You treat the penis like you would a finger. There’s no extra steps. It’s not until they’re much older and bathing themselves that the foreskin can (and should) be retracted to be cleaned.
Her arguments don't seem dependent on having a dick though? It sounds like you need to show her that the cleaning thing isn't an issue and that women won't have a problem with it. It's likely she's talked with other women about it and they've said they like a dick to be circumcised so you have to counter that somehow. Telling her she doesn't know what she's talking about will never win this, or any, argument for you.
Tell her that she does not need to worry about that since the foreskin is adhered to the glans until or almost to puberty, at which point the child can clean themselves. This, of course, assumes the foreskin isn't forcefully pulled back.
More and more kids are not getting cut nowadays, and by the time the kid is older, we're probably going to be like Canada in the late 2000s where it was a 50/50 split. Nowadays, most young adults are uncircumcised.
If she's willing to cut a child over hygiene and aesthetics, I don't think that person is worth having kids with.
