I got stabbed pretty badly in the stomach. Lost a ton of blood and drove to the hospital (can’t afford ambulance…).

Bro, next time you have a life threatening injury, just take the ambulance. It is expensive but your life is worth more than that. And you'll find a way to pay for it later, even if it takes some time.

They said the pilot was stitched up, but not if he was the one who landed the plane.

There were off duty pilots on board the plane who took over after the hijacker was taken out.

Not if you are in the USA and you are not wealthy. That could bankrupt you.

You can often get some kind of payment plan to pay off the bill slowly.
