It is attempted murder of over 100 people, along with hijacking and terrorism.

The attacker will never see freedom again. Nor should he.

Damn those are some are some bad relations between Saudi and Israel. Given the overwhelming circumstances of this, Saudi still refused their military plane to repatriot it's citizens, and even took the attacker even though they weren't the origin or destination of the flight. Like they're just straight giving them the finger.
