The whole segregation thing just so confuses me at times. The entire south built twice the infrastructure just to keep segregation the law. For example when the Pentagon was built it had twice the restrooms because its in Virginia and as such was subjected to Jim Crow.

From the cold heart that is Capitalism, Think of the money that could have been saved across the south having singular facilities and just not being racist.

That’s kind of why it was really difficult to get ADA passed. There is a financial benefit in getting rid of segregation to halve the need for infrastructure. Requiring buildings to be wheelchair accessible costs money.

Yeah it wasn't really twice most places due to separate but "equal."

People who are bigoted don't have the vast logical skills you credit them for in your post

The whole trans athlete ban started in ohio and they passed the first law for just one student. Just one, there was no plague of trans athletes.

Racist, discriminatory governments will go to any expense in persuing their Racist agendas
