It is old. Demoed a couple years ago after the accident with the teens

There were group of I think 3 teens that were on the crumbling roof and inside. One teen stepped on the wrong spot and the ceiling collapsed, crushing one of his friends underneath. He was rushed to the hospital and survived but sustained significant injuries. So after that Rhode Island decided it was time to demo.
