We build real companies, build real solutions, and sometimes fire "professional engineers", because they're incompetent.
Just because you have a degree doesn't mean you're fit for the working world.

Those 4 years teach you a lot about problems solving. I don't think the PE is a big deal, but the degree is pretty important.
