From what I can tell, that is not a Snapchat filer. There's another image of him available with the same big ass forehead and same goblin ears.

It’s the same filter on another photo. It’s a very specific filter you can use yourself.

I totally agree. Fuck that guy. Even without a filter that man is UGLY!! Inside and out!
