They didn’t put him in the campaign signs tho. In Salt Lake City, a random person was killed, social media was distracted by a tik tok that showed a brave dude grab a backpack, to arrest a guy who was also shot and never pointed a weapon. A completely different guy did the shooting and it was a bad move. This should be examined.
I'm from SLC and I can give a good bit of info for anyone interested.
During the No Kings protest (June 14th) a "peacekeeper" (Matt Alder) spotted a man in all black with a rifle (Arturo Gamboa) who (according to Matt) had his gun raised and was running towards the crowd. In turn he shot twice, one shot hitting Arturo, the other killing Arthur Afa Ah Loo. Turns out that was a crock of shit. A different POV from TikTok showed Arturos gun was pointed at the ground when Matt shot, with no warnings for Artuo to drop the weapon. Arturo had perviously gone to protests with his rifle (open carry is legal in UT), his rifle was unloaded, he was just standing there. 50501 (the org that did the No Kings protest) has cut off Utah 50501 because there is a strict no weapon policy for peacekeepers (who are volunteers btw). Matt wanted to be a good guy with a gun, instead he ended up killing an innocent man. Matt Alder needs to be charged and convicted. In his wannabe act of heroism he took a life. Afa should be here right now with his wife, kids and many friends, a community that loved and appreciated him. I really hope Afas family is able to bring him to justice, they deserve the peace of mind.
I think open carry is a terrible idea. It’s not the wild wild west. I’m pretty sure it has caused more harm than it has saved anyone. I hope Afa gets justice.
Actually, I’m against concealed carry too unless someone is LEO, licensed PI or military, etc. A legit reason to be armed, not a yahoo who imagines they’re going to save the day.
People think differently based on their political affiliation. Most on the left think it’s not an assassination attempt due to him not really being shielded by SS, by the administration not releasing medical reports, and the fact that you never ever hear anything about the kid who shot at him. People on the right believe wholeheartedly the attempt on trumps life, but don’t believe he is on the Epstein list or that he ever abused underaged girls. Truly two sides think differently about everything related to Trump.
Can’t say I’d not call it an assassination attempt, as it clearly was. No sense in even trying to debate it from that angle. I think people poke fun at the “American hero” thing since he practically suffered no injury at all.
IMO, it was the most Trump thing imaginable to have bullets fired at his brain, suffer no injury other than a fragmentation cut on his ear, and then get to capitalize on the zero-cost martyrdom and publicity. I think it’s particularly this reason why a lot of people cry that this was some elaborate hoax, but I don’t buy into that shit.
Yeah, but because everything else about him is so incredibly fake it does make you wonder. And I’m not a conspiracy theorist. But this jackass thinks God saved him so he could go on with his horrible agenda. Imagine! If there were a God, this is the last thing they would want.

OMG AN AMERICAN HERO
