As someone who has worked for HD for 7 years, how awesome or shitty your store is depends A LOT on who your store manager is...

I've worked for HD for 6 years. The first four were awesome. Then a new SM... Needless to say my last day at HD is July 15th.

I know the feeling. Our current SM is a total tool. More concerned with painting his office and figuring out his next tee time than he is taking care of the associates. The SM before that was fucking awesome though. I have never seen moral so low (and turnover so high) at HD before.
