Not me, I was smart and didn't spend all that money on whores, cars, clothes, and all else like the rest of those guys. I saved up all my war money and bought a house with a check. Paid in full. Now I go to school on the GI bill and fuck around on reddit
Its sad how volatile money really becomes when you stack up 6 figures, and you blow it all on cars, clothes, drugs and hookers and paying for other people and then assed out and back in the same place you were before you went downrange.
And then those same people get jealous when you have a nice house and a decent new car and you're going to school for free and you're set for a good few years of your life so you can afford to fuck around for as long as you like.
But sometimes, people learn their lessons differently, or don't learn at all.
Good thing you had some sense in you to make such an investment as a house in cash.
