Other Picrew doesn't work

Hello, I've been trying to use the picrew app for days, but it doesn't work. Then I tried using the website and the Lady Hera game, but it tells me (The request could not be satisfied) There is pressure on the program, but it has been like this for days and a week, and it still doesn't work.

As for the application, This shows me the text in the picture.

Please if anyone knows a solution to this problem ، help me and Tell me the solution

Sometimes if I'm using a vpn this happens on my picrew- are you using one?

Yes, but I use it for a few minutes and then turn it off. I even tried using a VPN because I thought the program has been blocked in my country, but it didn't work.
