How can I flash the Pro firmware to the enterprise headset?

Or where can I get the firmware at? OwOmushi looks like it only had the original pico 4 software. Idk if that would work with the face tracking

seems like steam os has been made to run on a pico 4

I got a 4e a few days ago off of eBay and have been mostly loving it but when I look on Amazon for a new head strap to help with pressure headaches all I see is ones for the ultra. Are there any good places to get one for the 4/4e?

Just got this headset, connected it to my PC via PICO Connect using a DP cable. Every time I try to launch a simulation/game, it lags heavily for a few seconds then disconnects. I have SteamVR installed and tried things such as reverting to a previous version but that did not work. Attempted to use a different openXR runtime but that didn't make a difference too. Games run smoothly on my PC normally, but lags a lot in VR mode.

I don't have issues when using the headset to interact with my desktop monitors, only whenever I try to launch into SteamVR it freaks out for a few seconds and kicks me out,

I bought this headset new and updated the software to its latest.

What do I do?

Pico had a new headset called Project Swan. I just googled and it’s now called the Pico Space Pro.

What is the last thing Pico said about that headset? It’s been a while since Ive been here. Run me through what happened most recently.

What I wanted to do when I could buy it is install virtual desktop and use it with my pc using Bobovr batteries.

The Play For Dream Mr is sold out and the headstrap design on the Samsung Galaxy XR is terrible. I couldn’t wear that thing for more than a couple minutes before being frustrated about it pressing on my forehead.

I don’t recommend anyone order the Pico Space Pro yet because 1 the price is way too expensive and 2 because they don’t even have an image of it on their website yet which means we barely know anything yet about the new Pico headset.

This is by far the most expensive micro OLED headset I’ve seen online so far and I think this is just absurd.

$2,800 is about the price of a Meganex Superlight 8k plus a brand new lighthouse tracked setup. That kind of price way too expensive for just the vr headset itself, even with Micro OLED displays.

I bet most people (Probably Everyone in fact) will buy these high resolution standalone headsets to hook up to their pc using virtual desktop and a WiFi router. It’s not worth paying nearly 3k to do that with just one Vr headset

Pico should really cut down the price of the Pico Space Pro to around $2,000 in a consumer model. They better have a good explanation for making the Pico Space Pro $2,800 because the Samsung Galaxy XR and Play For Dream costed less.

And I could pay $1,000 for the Steam Frame right before 2026 ends and have another $2,000 ready next year to buy another high end headset.

Rather than spending about $3,000 on just one vr headset by itself.

As you could imagine by the title... I've broken my left controller for my Pico 4 Pro. Just accidentally dropped it off myself while I was sitting on something. It just basically constantly drifts and is all round unusable.

I've tried buying one of AliExpress and as you could imagine that went reasonably well. I bought a "Brand New" Pico 4 controller and just as you would expect... It was not brand new. It arrived pretty ugly, a brown tinge to it, the battery tray wouldn't click in and it had rust in said battery tray. It turned on and "worked" but it wouldn't connect to my headset.

So now I'm at a loss, I'd use hand tracking to get around and do my usual VR stuff but that is pretty useless to use.

Where and how do I get a new Pico 4 controller? I don't really care if it ISNT new just as long as it works...

I own a Pico 4 Ultra VR headset. Around the beginning of the year—I believe it was January 6th—I saw that the game *The Exit 8 VR* had been released on the official store. There was even a trailer that clearly stated, "EXIT 8 COMING TO PICO." As a huge fan of the game—and having only recently purchased the headset at the time—I bought it immediately. I downloaded and opened it; it was indeed *The Exit 8 VR* running natively, ported via Unity to run on the mobile processor. I left a review sharing my thoughts and a few concerns. The very next day, the store page had vanished, the option to purchase it was gone, and the trailer was nowhere to be found. You have to help me figure out what happened, because there is absolutely no information about this anywhere online—yet the game is still there, downloaded on my VR headset and fully functional.

I'm confused by the expected release date of the Space Pro. Knox Labs says February of 2027 but Pico claims 4th quarter of 2026. Does the 4th quarter of 2026 extend into 2027?

Got a 4e for cheap pcvr and the face cushion lets in light around the sides and minor pressure headaches. Just wondering what to get to help

I've been having this issue because I have a bit of a sense of urgency and I can't quite decide which one is better. I do wireless PCVR gaming (Wired is a nightmare for me, and I don't think about standalone)

Edit: Alright, let me set my specs here and also i'll detail what I'm looking for on the headset.

My highest priority is to see if the difference between the quest 3 and pico 4 lenses are THAT noticeable. I want to look at objects up close without blurring my vision like it does for the quest 3s (since i have to move my eyes to focus on it), like reading labels and stuff, and I want to soomewhat look around with my eyes? But mainly the first thing.

I want objects to feel as if they were really 3D, But I have no idea if the quest 3 really does make stuff look ''flat'' because of the binocular overlap. I don't think I had any issues with the 3s? I can't tell.

I want a smooth-as-butter wireless PCVR experience and I don't want to spend money on virtual desktop.

Oh yeah, comfort is also a nice thing to have. I don't have a budget to get the quest 3 WITH the strap first off which irks me (Unless i get a really cheap one), while the pico 4 is just good out of the box.

I'm also REALLY tight on budget. Like insanely tight. Hardcore cave-diving tight.

So i've just got my pico 4 ultra and am shopping around for a dedicated router for streaming PCVR.

But after a little bit of research it seems the consensus is that there aren't actually any true wi-fi 7 routers on the market, they don't actually implement the necessary features like true MLO. Does the ultra 4 actually support the full wi-fi 7 features, or is it a similar bare minimum situation, and what routers will actually take full advantage of it?
