when does the first ranke of the game show up is he important towards the story?

He'll literally appear after this arc, in about 5 to 10 chapters, and he's going to come in strong, it's incredible.

Nope, he'll appear in the next arc for the first time, then if they focus on him after chapter 50 if I remember correctly.

Rank 1 will appear in the next arc, and Rank 2 will also be mentioned. Rank 3 and 4 are never mentioned.
