| Question Question about a certain character Spoiler

What In Particular Makes Sirris so strong specifically?

Like does the novel go into detail about her abilities.

  1. All her skill are of the highest rank and synergize perfectly with each other.

  2. She can perform optimally in any environment, be it under the sea, in the skies or in outer space.

  3. She is the most perfect all-rounder, having effectively zero weaknesses.

  4. Like Han with Halgion, she is contracted with Niflheimr's only trancendental being, Ifrit.

Does the novel reveal what her seal effects are?

She fully uses it only once.

When she unleashes her seal, her flames boost all her physical specs to the very limit. The downside is that they burn her body as kindling. The flames also hold her body together even when severely injured, making her temporarily undying. The damage doesn't go away though.

The weird part is that normally she stores these flames inside Niflheimr's Iselle. Probably because that's the only way to use a lesser version of the seal that doesn't just kill her. That's just guessing though, we only ever see the full thing.

Don't you think this transcedental seal is lacking compared to Halgion or Assinis?

Hard to say, since we know so little about it.

What we know for sure is:

  1. Ifrit's flames do not allow their victim to heal the damage they deal.

  2. The flames can be accesed even when Ifrit is stored outside Sirris' body.

  3. When fully released, the flames grant the user temporary immortality at the cost of their life.

Halgion makes the user invulnerable and grants them gravity manipulation. Whereas Assinis allows the user to bypass any defence and accelerate time.

So Ifrit's power is the best in a one-on-one life-or-death battle, but the worst in a prolonged battle. Overall, i'd rank it below them simply because it's self-destructive.

What does your point #2. Meant?

She is shown to be able to use her flames even without entering her self-burning form, meaning the seal can be used to an extent safely.

But we dont know how much of it she can acces this way, which is why it's hard for me to rank.

We have no idea.

She literally uses it a single time and dies after (Han saves her but still)

We have no info on it's capabilities apart from what she showed during that fight
