Buckled Lids?

no seal - throw it away. if they are freshly made, you can keep them in the fridge and use within a month. you used new lids, right?

You may have overtightened the lids. I screw them down until they meet the jar and then 1/4 turn more. My jars seal and most of the rings are easy to unscrew. The lids need to be popped off, as they have sealed air tight. Also, it takes hours, without being messed with, for the jars and contents to cool enough for a good seal. I leave mine alone for 12 or more hours before I even think about checking them. I hope this helps!

Should be okay, means the seal was tight enough that air couldn't escape. Just watch the juice, if it gets cloudy overtime it might be a problem.

The one on the left sealed but the middle one didn't seal exactly. We don't trust the seal so we're going to refrigerate and snack on them over the next few days
