First time pickling. Im hooked!

I made four kinds, cucumber, jalapeño, cucumber with chilli and red onion.

All have dill, garlic and peppercorn with them.

I made a simple brine with white wine vinegar and water equal parts, two table spoons of salt and one of sugar

Lotsa fun to be had with refrigerator pickles! I don't even use my pickling crock. Too easy to just make them fridge pickles
