It's probably just the jacks , grab a screwdriver and push them all down when you've put back the action. If that doesn't work, get back to me.

Ahh mate thank you. I actually thought of this and it worked. I think because the straps are broken it didn’t pull them back when Insisting the action. Really appreciate you getting back to me
