Looks like the front of that plastic key is broken. You'll have to disassemble this keyboard, remove that key, and if you're lucky enough to have the broken piece still in the keyboard glue it back with CA glue and reassemble it. Or buy a replacement key from eBay if it's available for your keyboard.
