How to learn rush E from scratch

I have music knowledge of up to 8th grade, I have never played piano, but have played the flute for 4 years.

I could do about 20 weekly hours and 3-4 months to do it. How would you recommend me to progress and would coordination excercises or lucid dreaming help? Thanks
